More than 30,000 customers in Noblesville found themselves out of power and powerless for a short time Tuesday, after a metal sign came loose and became tangled in electrical lines. Ironically, the sign belonged to Duke Energy. On a tough day for Hamilton County boys’ golf teams, Westfield produced the best score of the bunch with a fifth-place round of 315 Monday in the Hoosier Crossroads Conference meet at Coyote Crossing in Lafayette.
